If you think there’s value in publishing the project - do so! You are not obligated to offer support, nor to accept patches, nor to write documentation. A README clearly stating that is good enough, I’d say.

Both SourceHut and Codeberg can let you set up a project like this: with code only, no bug trackers, no mailing lists, no pull requests. Just code.
