I am kind of interested in many free and freedom software communities and I just noticed disroot. Seems like they are a growing community in Europe and offer many developer and community services such as a self-hosted Git using Forgejo and emails. I am in the observing phase right now and I hope one day similar movements like them also exist in Asia.

Disroot is run by some nice folks from the Netherlands and Argentina (I think, not sure on the latter) and their servers are hosted in a cooperative co-location center in Amsterdam AFAIK. Bus-factor for hardware access is a bit on the lower-side though.
There are some people that run https://diasp.in/ that try to do something similar in India.
